License Information
Terms & Conditions
Product use under the campus agreement is restricted to teaching and Noncommercial research on computers owned or leased by the university. Noncommercial academic research means research by degree seeking students and faculty members where (i) the results of such research are not intended primarily for the benefit of a third party; (ii) such results are made available to anyone without restriction on user, copying or further distribution; and (iii) any copy of any such result is furnished for no more than the cost of hosting, reproduction, and shipping. Any other use including but not limited to university administration and operations is strictly prohibited.
Key License Restrictions:
- For instructional and Noncommercial research.
- NOT to be used for administration or operational purposes (e.g., may not be used for data mining of students by an admissions office.)
- To be installed on university-owned equipment only.
- Use in a virtualized computing environment is allowable.

The site license is funded by individual unit sales. University units may purchase device licenses at a discounted price through the ITS Software Store.
Your Responsibilities
